Team Point System

 

At St James, all children are allocated to one of our four teams: Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz or Emerald. Siblings are allocated to the same team. Team points are awarded for good behaviour and demonstration of our values as well as academic effort and attainment. Children collect team points on a chart in their classrooms. At the end of each week, the team with the most points is announced in celebration assembly and receives a jewel to add to the display in our entrance hall. At the end of each term, the team (or teams) with the most jewels enjoys a non-uniform day as a reward.
