Year 4
Welcome to Year 4 Class 2020-2021!
Welcome back to school for the summer term! This term we are going to be learning all about Europe in geography. We will create passports and travel around Europe from our classroom, learning about different countries and landmarks. In Science this term, we are learning about states of matter and the water cycle. PE will be athletics and will remain on a Monday and a Wednesday.

Special Visitor!
We had a special visit from Santa (socially distanced of course)! He stopped on his way to the North Pole to drop off some presents for the children.
Year 4 have been learning about the Romans in their topic work this term. They have produced some fantastic pictures in art after looking at mosaics and learning about how they were produced and who would be able to afford to have a mosaic floor in their house.

L.S. Lowry
Year 4 created these fantastic pictures based on the works of L.S. Lowry. They learnt all about his life and looked at how he created his paintings using only five colours.
Roman Mosiac Art
Year 4 have been studying The Romans. In art, they have produced some fantastic painted and paper tiled pictures.
