Special Visitor!
We had a very special visit today from Santa (socially distanced of course)! He stopped off on his way to the North Pole to drop off some presents for the children.

Faith Week 2019
During Faith Week we learnt about Sikhism. We visited the Gurdwara in Leamington Spa and had a fantastic time. We made some Kirpans (dagger) to go on our main hall board and we did some cooking too. That was a lot of fun!

Southam Town Study
As part of geography, year 3 walked down into Southam. They studied some of the buildings and features of the town.

Compton Verney Art Gallery
We had a fantastic day at Compton Verney Art Gallery. We looked at patterns in art, flooring and textile design. We designed and printed our own cloth.

Visit to Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum
We had a fabulous day of exciting science activities, particularly enjoying the hands on activities in the Science Garden.
French afternoon
Year 3 along with the rest of Key Stage 2, enjoyed this themed afternoon during which they took on the role of either restaurant customer or waiter/waitress reviewing and ordering from a menu of typical French food as well as enjoying other activities to expand their conversational vocabulary.


World Cup Day
We all enjoyed our World Cup themed day when we enjoyed lots of fun activities learning about Brazil, even making carnival masks and trying out some carnival style dance moves.
Easter Biscuit Making
Year 3 had a lovely day on the last day of term making and decorating their Easter Biscuits.
It was also our special "Wear a Hat" day in aid of charity which is why you will see some interesting headgear in the photographs!

Year 3 really enjoyed taking their part in this Rotary event, part of their
campaign to eradicate polio.

They thought carefully about their individual features, all the things that make them unique.
