Materials and their uses. This has been set as a 2DO on Purple Mash

Why do we use glass to make windows? Would stone work? Why not?

Today we will explore why we use different materials for different objects. We will talk about it in the afternoon zoom. The task is on purple mash but I have included a sheet on here in case that is easier for you to use at home.

I really enjoyed our end of the week zoom this week so I think we will keep it as a chance to share a story and check in on our habit trackers. 

 

EDIT - Bring a blanket or a big jumper so you can make a den with your screen in it. You will need to see the screen but be in the dark for a short reflection/mindfulness exercise.
