This afternoon you are going to do design a toy. You are only going to be using household recycling items. Make sure you look at what you have available to use before you start designing your toy.

Use the design sheet to help you list what you are going to use and draw a sketch of your toy. Remember to label the features. Think carefully about what you can use.

ABC Hunt Challenge – travel around you house in different ways to find objects that begin with the letters of the alphabet. Write down what you manage to find. Extra challenge - make a word using the letters you found items for. How many words can you make?
