Spring Welly Walk

This week I am going to ask you to go for a Spring welly walk. There are already lots of signs of springs to see. The weather is changing, the birds are singing and flowers and plants are bursting into life. When you go for your walk look closely to see what you can see changing. You could take some photos when you are out ready for our Spring display board.

Please email Mrs Walklett any photos by Friday morning so I can get them on the wall ready for when the children come back in on Monday.

When you get back take some time to draw a picture of something you saw that means that Spring is coming. Please label your drawing. Have a look at the sheet below and write about what you saw. You can use the sheet or make separate lists on paper.

Instead of RE this week we will spend a little time talking about returning to school and ways to get ready.

Hopefully this will be the end of our home schooling time but I think it is important to talk to the children about the possibility that this may have to happen again if our bubble has to close for a positive case.
