Week 1

 

Our work this week, and for the next few weeks, is based on a story called 'The Eagle who thought he was a chicken'. We will use Oak Academy for the lessons and the links you will need are below. Follow the videos and do the tasks that it asks you to. Remember to use your English book (or lined paper) and a pencil for any writing. 

 

Wednesday 6.1.21

In today's lesson you will be able to listen to the story and will have some questions to answer about it. Make sure you're listening really carefully. 

Thursday 7.1.21

In today's lesson, you will talk more about the story and be able to practise re-telling a story from memory. 

Friday 8.1.21

In our final English lesson this week, you are going to think about the problem in the story and how it affected the characters differently.
