Having spoken to a few parents this week, it seemed a good idea to put this page together. I hope that you'll be able to dip in to it as and when the need arises. It is intended to be a collection of activities that might help calm 'frazzled' young minds. Not everything will work for everyone so you will need to select what you think will work best.
This is a lengthy booklet (20+ pages) so you probably won't want to print it all. It does have some really nice ideas in it and has been put together by artists to support children's mental health.
