English Overview
Here is an example of our English long term plan. This may change each year as teachers adapt to the needs and interests of their class.

Phonics
We use the phonics scheme Little Wandle to support the teaching of reading through KS1. We introduced this in 2021-2022 with Reception and Year 1. We will be rolling it into Year 2 in 2022-2023.
PSHE
Modern Foreign Languages
French is taught as part of the curriculum from Year 3 upwards.
